Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for your order and for supporting our cause of reminding women everywhere that they are not alone!

We truly hope you love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Please refer to the details below for information on returns and refunds.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging and tags.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items that arrive damaged or defective—for the exact same item only.

To start an exchange, please email us at info@yanasisters.com with the subject line: Exchange Request – Order #[YourOrderNumber]

Once your exchange is approved:

  • Please return the item using a trackable shipping method.
  • As soon as we receive the item, we’ll send your replacement.

Shipping Your Return

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

We strongly recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking and insurance. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about your refund status. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original method of payment.

Gifts

  • If your item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit.
  • If it wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the purchaser first, the refund will go back to the original purchaser.
